Defective/Damaged/Missing Bottles: if you believe you received a defective or damaged bottle you must notify us via EMAIL {desertbronzeselftanning@gmail.com} within three days of the delivery confirmation date. No exceptions.
If you have purchased the Route Protection Plan aka Shipping Insurance, PLEASE go click here to start the claims process.
We are not responsible for orders damaged in transit. Once the order has left the warehouse, it is out of our control. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing the additional shipping insurance from Route to protect your order during transit. If you choose to opt out of Route before checkout - Desert Bronze is not responsible.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
